marykaykare has raved about. I'll have to get me a bottle. I'm saving their description so I can see if it matches my perception.

There's a marvelous artisanal gin being made in Santa Cruz called Sarticious whose recipe involves orange peel plus other herbs and spices. Check it out if you find it. It's lovely just poured over ice, nothing more.
