iPhone not charging?

vgqnI'm suspicious that my iPhone isn't charging the battery. It's not down very much, over 3/4 charged, but I plugged it in this morning while I was working at the computer, and a while later, I noticed it was still sitting at 3/4+ charged, no change. I even tried plugging it into the wall charger, but no change there either.
Hah, I just tried again and now it's zipping up to full charge, no problem. Flaky battery, flaky cable, flaky connection, flaky universe? Who knows? My car battery died today too, so maybe the sympathetic magic of fixing the car battery fixed the iPhone.
