Galuska

Dinner tonight was chicken paprikash with home-made spaetzle, aka galuska, pronounced ga LOOSH ka. My dad is visiting from Arizona (despite our miserable weather), and my brother & sister-in-law were in attendance as well. I bought a galuska maker in Hungary many years ago and have a recipe that works perfectly (though messily) every time. I should make them more often. It's probably been at least 3 years.

Tomorrow, if I clean up my desk, I could set up my new computer, an Intel iMac.
