Roasted cauliflower

Roasted cauliflower, yum! Crispy, almost but not quite burnt, I'd forgotten how good it is.

I have much cauliflower this year. Here's a picture of two that M. managed to fit into his luggage when he returned to Minnesota. They were a hit.
