Passport renewal

I knew I needed to renew my passport sometime this year, but I was surprised when I got it out and found it had already expired, on March 15! Luckily, the expiration date isn't relevant to renewal. They renew passports by mail as long as they were issued in the last 15 years, and mine is merely 10 years old. (Lucky too, though, that we didn't find a great last-minute fare to Eastercon in Britain, as we had vaguely but not seriously toyed with.)

Now the question is passport photos. Any reason I shouldn't use ePassportPhoto.com?
